Requirements:
- University degree in IT field or management
- Project Management courses or PM Certifications
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Project Management/ analysis/ development/ implementing/ integration
- Knowledge of English language (conversational level)
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Driving license
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Project Management Department Director
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
- Where required, negotiate with other department managers
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
